Wilmslow CoderDojo Event #39

Hosted by Wilmslow CoderDojo

CoderDojo is an open source, volunteer led movement orientated around running free, not-for-profit coding clubs and regular sessions for young people.

At Dojos, young people between 7 and 17 learn how to code, develop websites, apps, programs, games and more. Dojos are setup, run and taught by volunteers.

In addition to learning to code, members meet likeminded people, show off what they’ve been working on and so on.

CoderDojo makes development and learning to code a fun and sociable experience.

DoderDojo puts a strong emphasis on open source and free software, and has a strong network of members and volunteers globally.

At this session there will be a range of basic and intermediate tech on offer such as Scratch, HTML, JavaScript, Micro:bits & Raspberry Pi…and anything else we might come up with on the day!

Entry is free but tickets need to be booked via Eventbrite and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
